Washington Sex Offender Registries
The State of Washington Sex Offender Registry web site was created in 1997 to monitor and track those individuals who have been convicted of sex crimes. This information is then provided to the public so that they might be able to take the proper measures in protecting themselves and their families from those sex offenders who are likely to reoffend. The registry also assists in promoting awareness of the prevalence of sex crimes in the state.

Donovan is with the girl he raped jade destiny and he has two children from What I hear by him. But she cheated on him with her husband. She has three other kids by two of her ex’s. 5 children in his custody. Police & child custody in Utah won’t do anything. He’s been sexually active with a minor from when she was 12 years old to now. But that is 8 years of sexual activity with a minor. And he is around other people kids as well who not related to him. He groomed jade to think it was never rape and he never raped her. They been telling everyone one they know it never happened. It’s stalk home syndrome where she is in love with her rapist & doesn’t think he will touch or hurt her 5 kids.

Dakota Lee Turner took his own life at age 24 by hanging 1/28/24. He was convicted of sexual crimes at the age of 12. He is at the top of this list.
