The Oklahoma Sex Offenders Registration act applies to any individual who is living, working or attending school in Oklahoma. Any individual who has been convicted, plead guilty, nolo contendere or received a suspended sentence or probationary term is required to register if the conviction took place after November 1, 1989.
The offender is required to submit the following information at registration:
- Name and all aliases
- Complete description of the individual
- Photograph
- Fingerprints
- Blood test for DNA profile (not always required)
- Name and location of each hospital or institution the individual was committed to.
- Where the individual resides and how long they have lived there, as well as how long they plan to live there and how long they expect to live in their current county.
- Date of birth
- Sex
- Race
- Height and weight
- eye color
- Social Security number
- Driver’s license number
- Home address
- Description of offense for which the person was convicted, date of convicted and sentence imposed.
